We are seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team to serve as a liaison between our clients, members, and providers. Will be responsible for a high volume of routine phone calls and other inquiries. Call us today at (808)447-7402 to apply today.
Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
Respond to and log routine phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Identifies and notifies supervisors and management team of any system issues or trends and suggests quality improvement or procedural changes
Logs and tracks issues that require further action and follows up to ensure resolution
Assists with special or ongoing projects as assigned
Customer Service Rep Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service and office experience
Excellent written and verbal communication, and able to handle inquiries in a professional manner
Experience in Healthcare or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
