This exciting opportunity is located at Stonehenge Apartments in Glasgow, KY

We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician who has excellent scheduling abilities, a strong work ethic, knowledge, and positive attitude. This position is full time. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get on roofs of single-story constructions, remove snow, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.

General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
