Converting all vacation getaway guest to tour our property.

Ticket sales to all guest types and ensuring accurate account of ticket sales to monies collected.

Processing all guests, identifying qualifications, gifts to be received and accurate directions to hotels.

Scheduling tour times for guests according to allocations.

Superb customer service.

Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment.

Entering guest information into CRS and Journey.

Any other duties as requested by management.

MinimumQualifications

High School Diploma

Knowledge of CRS, basic computer and typing skills.

Organizational skills a must.

Customer Service experience.

Knowledge of San Antonio Downtown & SeaWorld area.

Track record of strong work ethics and integrity with a sincere desire to make a difference.

Must be bilingual in Spanish & English Languages
