Hand sorts all of the flats that are full of eggs and inspects them for leakers.

Uses the suction hand loader and manually transfers the eggs onto the belt to be coated.

Inspects the eggs to assure that there are no cracks, dirt, and/or any incomplete coating signs.

Inspects every flat and plastic carton after going through the printer to check for a legible Logo.

Helps to keep the room clean.

Applies the proper labels on boxes and assures the proper placement on the top and side labels on the plastic cartons.

Assists the individual who is responsible for packing and stacking the product on the pallet correctly.

Adheres to safe work practices, following GMP’s, maintaining sanitary conditions and ensuring that product quality is maintained. Reports to management if any conditions or practices may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.

Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Able to perform other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :EDUCATION: No prior experience or training.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

REASONING ABILITY:Has the ability of applying common sense understanding in order to carry out instructions furnished in oral form. Able to read and understand operating procedures.

Capable of standing on a hard surface for most of the shift.

Capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
