Kforce has a client in Grapevine, TX that is looking for a Warranty Call Center Clerk on a long-term temporary basis.Duties include:
Answering phone calls regarding technical issues or warranty issues
Deal with customers with upmost customer service skills
Navigate through system and take appropriate notes regarding issues to relay them to right person to help solve issue
Work to resolve issues in a timely manner
2 years of experience in call center environment
Proficient with Microsoft office
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
