HOME IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST (In-Home Sales Professional) (Bismarck)

THE POSITION

We are looking for a new sales team member to add to our expanding Bismarck team. We expect this team member to achieve and exceed company sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated, with strong organizational and communication skills. The position will include:

Developing working relationships with our craftsmen and customers to ensure accountability and successful project completion

Attending monthly sales meetings, presentations/seminars and home shows/tradeshow events throughout the year

Quickly learning to use company-specific software systems and to work on technologies such as iPads

Having previous commissioned sales experience of 2 – 4 years is preferred, but not required if the qualities we seek are apparent.
