General Manager - Food Truck (Oklahoma City)

We're in search of an energetic, entrepreneurial go-getter to help manage our locally owned, nationally known food truck in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate must possess a strong passion for leadership, service, and execution of company values set forth by Cousins Maine Lobster. We're looking for someone who would embody a true commitment to the creation and development of loyal fans of the brand through dedication to product quality and consistency, and authenticity.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Proficiency in all areas of operations (all hourly positions and functions)
Proficiency in all FOH / HOH functions
Managing and coaching a staff of 8-10 employees
Ability to work 50 hours or more as needed.
Taking on additional duties and responsibilities as requested by the
ownership/executive team
Ensuring proper staffing and training of employees and management team
Ensuring all SOP's are upheld
Driving the overall performance of the team
Developing and meeting financial targets and goals
Essential Qualities are:
Professional communication skills
Embodiment of the values of Cousins Maine Lobster and able to instill them in
the team
Works calmly and effectively under pressure
Maintains a neat & professional appearance
Possesses outstanding personality
Possesses the ability to work in a team environment
Food service management experience required
Must have a valid driver's license
Minimum of High School Diploma; College degree preferred
ServSafe Manager Certification
Must be willing to dedicate up to 10 days to training in Los Angeles as well as local
training on the truck
