Apartment complex in West Salem needing a basic landscaper / grounds keeper. Responsibilities are blowing leafs, mowing , trimming trees , hedges and bushes , parking lot maintenance , stripping , outside lighting bulbs changed , pressure washing the buildings . this could include assisting with apartment turn overs , painting , cleaning out units and general maintenance issues , willing to train the right motivated individual , must have reliable transportation and show up when scheduled, wage is DOE and from 10-20 + hrs a week, work schedule is pretty flexible , Please send a Resume and Do Not ask if the position is still available, there will be no response
