1. Plan and implement projects, defining scope, objectives and deliverables to ensure alignment with organization’s mission and goals.

2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives; manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

3. Assemble, support and direct project team and/or contractors for flawless project execution.

4. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

5. Track project performance; analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

6. Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs.

7. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information; provide consistent project updates.

8. Meet regularly with project team members to identify and problem-solve any issues.

9. Inspect project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.

10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
