Sales Associates needed. Salary plus Weekly Commission PLUS monthly bonus opportunity! Construction or Builder experience a plus. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives the best customer service. Training as needed for product knowledge and estimating.
Job Functions:
Complete sales leads and customer transactions using sales software system
Provide excellent customer service
Be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Be able to establish product knowledge and sell to customers
Job Skills:
High school education or equivalent
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Superior customer service skills
Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
Ability to work flexible retail schedule including rotating Saturday mornings
