Summary
This position will report to the HR Manager and require a high level of confidentiality and detail. HR Assistant will assist HR Manager with paper and electronic employee record and file management and data entry. The HR Asst. will work with the relocated employee files/records and relocate to their appropriate location electronically. The role in nature is very repetitive, basic administrative, and deal with sensitive employee information.
Essential Functions -
High level of detail
Work heavily within Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Creation of employee record / file cross check list so the correct information is relocated
Able and committed to performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
Additional HR/Administrative tasks as needed

Supervisory Responsibility - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment - This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and copiers.
Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel - No travel is expected for this position
Required Education and Experience -
High School diploma or equivalent
Two to three years’ previous administrative experience
