Tree Climber (Foreman) (Central Texas)

Not in a rush to fill position, but looking for the right person to replace current foreman as he takes another role within the company.

We are hiring an experienced tree care Foreman with experience below:

-Bucket Truck Operator (preferred but not required)

-MUST be a highly skilled tree climber with extensive rigging skills, moderate to fast speed with ability to limb walk comfortably

-Must possess tree pruning skills and general tree knowledge (Certified Arborist a plus but not required)

-MUST HAVE minimum of 3 years Foreman experience or similar supervisory experience able to lead a crew, plan, brief crew on projects/safety and communicate effectively with company staff and customers

-MUST HAVE valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)

-Experienced working around high and low voltage utility wires

-MUST be highly experienced with chainsaws, wood chippers and equipment maintenance

-MUST Work Safe, Enforce Safety and make on the spot corrections as necessary

-MUST track hours, production, etc

-Reliable, Responsible, Respectful, Self Motivated and able to keep crew on task and meet production demands

Position is in Killeen area.
