Mechanic (Midland)

We have a mechanical position open. This position will consist of servicing the first half of shift and repairing equipment the rest of shift (ex. forklifts, loaders. air compressors, trucks). Must be able to work independently as well as maintain and promote good working relationships within a team environment. Able to assume responsibility, be flexible, perform duties and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful and / or hazardous conditions. Self motivated individual, accountable and self driven to learn and to continuously develop and improve his skills through both formalized and on the job training. Must be able to demonstrate sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and corrections when problems are detected. Work in extreme temperatures due to weather conditions and operating equipment. Able to pick up 100 lbs.,Normal hours 6am-430pm M-F some Saturday mornings. Must be able to work overtime and call-outs as needed, average 48-55 hours a week overtime after 40.pay based on experience, with 401K; Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance and Holiday pay.
