Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager’s primary focus is reconciling physical inventory with digital inventory. Ensuring that any inventory discrepancies are researched to the fullest before adjusting and accurately reporting any changes to inventory. This position is not entry-level and requires a year of experience in the industry. Applicants should be familiar with Colorado Compliance Laws and have knowledge of the marijuana enforcement division’s inventory reporting expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

1+ Year in the industry

Valid MED Badge

Prior knowledge in managing a retail store, or mip/grow

Experience in managing and adjusting Metrc.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining stock room

Assist in receiving deliveries

Assist in finalizing sales receipts in Metrc

Properly investigate inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in accordance with MED.

Assist in the closing of packages

Daily Inventory Reconciliation

Assist with daily inventory adjustments such as waste and moisture

Assist in creating ordering lists to be verified with manager.
