Part-time WordPress Specialist (Central CT)

Our CT-based marketing firm is looking for a part-time WordPress specialist (10-15 hours a week to start - with room to grow). It is a telecommuting job where you will work from your home office. We don't care if you work at 3 am or 3 pm, just as long as the work gets done. Working in your PJs is totally fine by us :)
You will be reporting directly to the owner and the marketing coordinator. A strong understanding of how to customize WordPress themes with HTML & CSS is a must.
Please send us some samples of your web design work in addition to your resume, although we'll probably only skim your resume. The design work is what it's all about for this job, so send us your best stuff.
WordPress Specialist Job Duties:
Building WordPress sites from scratch based on static mock-ups
Editing existing WordPress sites for our clients (adding pages, content, changing images, optimizing images for web, etc.)
Improving site speed
Working with our SEO team to implement on-page SEO improvements
Technical Requirements:
A working computer with high-speed internet (obviously)
An Adobe Creative Cloud account
Skill Requirements:
Attention to Detaile
Advanced - Wordpress
Advanced - HTML & CSS
Intermediate - Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)
General understanding of digital marketing concepts
