Full Time Leasing Specialist (Gainesville, FL)

We are looking for a full time leasing specialist to join our team!

As a Full Time Leasing Specialist, you are the Director of First Impressions, and play an important role in the success of the community!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Creating a positive, memorable experience for residents and prospects

Showing model apartment homes

Creating rapport and fostering relationships with residents/prospects

Leading sales call

Processing applications and closing sales

Other administrative responsibilities as needed

Maintaining exceptional customer service and addressing concerns as needed

Schedule will include night and weekend hours
