Phlebotomist

Job Summary: Performs venipunctures, arterial punctures, and capillary sampling to obtain blood samples for laboratory testing. Enters orders for testing and accessions specimens in the computer system.Education: High School Diploma or GED.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.Work Experience: 0 - 6 month(s) related experience inclusive of on the job or classroom training in phlebotomy.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic PC Skills.
