EXPERIENCED PROPERTY PRESERVATION CREW (SOUTHEAST IOWA)

WANTED: Experienced Property Preservation Crews. Must have hands-on experience with a national preservation company or with a real estate brokerage company. Required equipment must include the following: Smart phone, hand tools, truck or van, and all additional necessary equipment. Also, applicant must participate in a person-to-person interview. Possible annual income ranges between $75,000-$100,000 depending on volume of work in coverage areas.

Applicants will be rejected if you apply with no prior property preservation experience.
