Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, a Flex is responsible for performing a variety of technical service/support duties requiring specialized knowledge (i.e. subassembly, assembly, materials, etc). If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in manufacturing.What You Will Do:

Move (within and between departments) and process as necessary raw materials, finished goods materials, scrap, all types of containers, non-production materials or other materials related to the appropriate process. Perform and understand processes related to non-conforming materials systems.

Complete necessary forms, logs, tags, labels and related documentation that support manufacturing and/or quality systems.

Material mover experience preferred as well as experience in the Assembly and Shipping processes.

What You Need to Succeed:

High School Diploma or GED required.

1 year manufacturing experience required.

Six months assembly experience preferred.

Basic math and communication skills

Perform quality inspections/Total Quality Check.

Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.

In addition, you ideally bring a working knowledge of material flow tools, but if not, we will happily provide the training and support you need to be successful!
