Within our open positions, you will provide support to the customers of the Support Center (patients, referral sources and employees) by performing tasks related to patient care and third party reimbursement or you will be responsible for contacting all patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information and placing the order in a timely manner.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:HS Diploma / GED required

1 year or more of customer service experience

Medical industry experience a plus, but not required

Must be willing to participate in background and drug screening process
