To find out more please visit.and.nbsp; company.and.#39;s websiteEnrollment RepresentativeLocation: Malvern, PAHours of Work Per Week: 40Open Shifts: Mon-Fri, multiple shifts availablePosition Type: Full-TimeTravel Required: 0%Job HighlightsThe Enrollment Representative will assist in revenue generation by handling incoming enrollments from our external customers (practices), verifying benefits, obtaining authorizations and obtaining all necessary billing information required so the patient receives the correct device in a timely manner.Essential Duties/Responsibilities.and.nbsp; Perform insurance verification for all services via online websites or manual phone calls to the payers, including both eligibility and full benefits and estimation of the patient responsibility based on the insurance s contracted rate and the patient s insurance benefitsand.nbsp; Ensure selection of the appropriate insurance in the billing system to ensure the claim is being sent to the correct payer to obtain prompt and accurate paymentsand.nbsp; Contact the practice for all missing information.and.nbsp;Monitor type clarification.and.nbsp;Ordering MD clarification.and.nbsp;Prescription length confirmation.and.nbsp;Clinical documentation.and.nbsp;Patient specific missing information.and.nbsp; Initiate prior authorization requests to practices and insurance carriers and follow-up with the insurance or practice via email, fax or phone until resolvedand.nbsp; Initiate referral requests with the referring or PCP based on the patient s insurance requirements and follow-up on these requests until resolvedand.nbsp; Process department emails and faxes sent to the internal processing queue. This may involve authorizations, referrals, IV questions and estimated cost for serviceand.nbsp; Enter all patient account contact into the patients file in a timely and accurate manner.and.nbsp; Communicate with Account Executives for priority handling of patients.and.nbsp; Establish and maintain effective relationships with Account Executives and all internal customers, including Patient Services (Inbound and Outbound).and.nbsp; Adhere to processes according to department procedures.and.nbsp; Perform other duties as AssignedEducation and Experience Requirements.and.nbsp; Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required; Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Health Care or related field preferred.and.nbsp; Relevant Work Experience: Up to one (1) year of work experience required; medical billing experience preferred.and.nbsp; Licenses/Certifications: N/ARequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.and.nbsp; Knowledge/Abilities.and.nbsp; Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); Ability to perform data entry with minimal guidance and minimal errorsThis job is not a remote position and is located in Malvern, PA.
