Bacchanal Seeking Experienced Line Cooks (NEW ORLEANS)

Bacchanal Fine Wines is seeking experienced line cooks for our very busy, upbeat kitchen. Our menu is focused on Mediterranean minimalist that pairs well with wine and can be easily shared. For more details about us, check out www.bacchanalwine.com

At least 2 years fine dining or casual fine dining experience, hotline and grill experience required. Applicant must be able to follow directions and focus in a dynamic environment and have a genuine love for hospitality.

VERY competitive pay! This is a tipped position, plus hourly.

At least 2 years prep or line cook experience preferred. A love of or interest in wine is helpful. Weekend availability is required.

Physical Requirements:

-Prolonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen

-Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment

-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

-Manual dexterity to cut, plate and perform other food prep related tasks
