New York based firm looking for a qualified individual to do subcontractor (1099) work in the New Orleans area including all of Louisiana and neighboring states if willing to travel. Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management background is a requirement.
Work will consist of upfront plan and budget reviews, monthly visits to construction sites, reviewing pay applications prepared by the General Contractor as well as general review of change orders and project schedule. Property Condition Assessments (PCA or PNA reports) also available. PCA reports will be ASTM or Freddie Mac format.
