Service Technicians Needed for LAWN and PEST CONTROL (Edgewater)

As the spokesperson for our lawn care team at Blades of Green and B.O.G. Pest Control, I have been tasked with sharing with you what we need in our next team member. First and foremost, you need to like working with people. Here at B.O.G. we believe in the “old school” customer service, you know where people actually seem to care? We believe it is not hard to do the right thing, so that is what we do each and every day. When we are out at a client’s property, we are doing more than just spraying their lawn and treating their property, we are building relationships. We believe in doing the little things that show that we care and work to create an extraordinary service experience with every client. When we are at a client’s property we are providing a solution to their problems; we are professionals offering sound advice and informing them of environmental elements that may affect their lawns and/or homes.

I won’t sugar coat it - it is hard work; it is long hours. Sometimes, depending on my route, I get back at 3:00, other times I may get back around 5:30 or 6:00; the job does require some flexibility. I also work Saturdays, especially in our busy season, but B.O.G. treats us well and pays us a ton of overtime. Lastly, you have got to be a team player. Here at Blades of Green we are more than just co-workers we are a team, we are a family. It requires someone who isn’t afraid to pitch in, someone who isn’t afraid to work hard and someone who isn’t afraid to learn and grow as much as possible.

Every technician starts at $17 per hour. We have an extensive training program and increase your hourly rate as you learn.
