Position: Continuous Quality Improvement RN (CQI RN) / Quality Assurance RN
Available Shift: Monday - Friday on Days, 40hrs/week
Regions: Hagerstown, Maryland and Cumberland, Maryland
The CQI RN is responsible for conducting Quality Improvement studies and audits, monitoring trends, and providing statistical analysis for all QA/CQI indicators, in coordination with the CQI Coordinators and a multidisciplinary team on performance improvement efforts. This position will not have any direct patient care responsibilities but will float between multiple facilities in their given regions; this position will cover both the Hagerstown and Cumberland regions.
