Site Coordinator (Springfield)

The Springfield JCC (the J) elementary after school program seeks to hire fun, energetic and motivated site coordiantor for the rest of the 2020 school year. Position is open at one of our locations in East Longmeadow. Students participating in the J’s after school programs range in age from Kindergarten to fifth grade, divided into age-appropriate groups. Site Coordinator responsibilities include Safety and well-being of all the children in the program, good communication with parents and staff, supervision of the staff, implementation of activity schedule and more.

Applicant Requirements. Each applicant:

will be Cori, Sori and Finger-Printed as part of the interview process.

should have a minimum of 1 year experience of supervisory.

Should have a minimum of 2 years experience working with children.

must be at least 21 years of age.

must be First Aid and CPR certified (certification available through the J for newly-hired staff).

must submit at least two references.
