Hot Chip Burger Bar is is looking for a Floor Manager to join the FOH team. We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated leader with strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency & commitment to service.
This position is a hands on leadership role that includes overseeing and running the all day to day operations including staffing, training, scheduling, orders, guest relations, team building, and creating a positive work environment. This position works closely with the General Manager to create and develop an outstanding service program, and assists in managing all front of house operations on a daily basis.

-Experience with scheduling, ordering & inventory
-Strong food, wine and spirits knowledge
- Knowledge of cash handling controls and ability to troubleshoot mathematical errors with ease
-Event experience
Requirements:
- Must have schedule flexibility, weekend and some Holiday availability, be able work on your feet for long periods of time, be able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Restaurant POS Systems, and multi-line phone systemsa must
- Candidates should have at least two years’ management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
