For the regional sales managerwith a proven track record leading increased revenues among sales teams in Network Infrastructure (NI) products, this is the opportunity you have been looking for. In this role, you will be responsible for collaboration and engagement with End Users, PanduitONE Partners (Contractors), Consultants, System Integrators as well as our distribution partners to drive Panduit's unique solutions in the Data Comm industry. Managing the North Centralsalesteam, your leadership guiding the execution of new sales and growth initiatives for the sales organization will be critical to enable a culture of sales excellence. Your background in successfully directing regional sales teams (Direct as well as Rep Agency’s will enable you to hit the ground running in this metrics-focused, results-driven position.

Collaborating with the solutions marketing team, you will utilize not only your relationship building expertise but your analytical nature to drive increased revenue from existing clients as well as new clients. Based from your home office in the North Central region (Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota),your mission will bemanaging a growing team of territory sales reps, ensuring that Panduit's product categories across our portfolio ofsolutions are used in all segments of our end markets. We will rely on you toinspire and motivatethe team to drive to the territory and organizational goals while meeting or exceeding quotas and executingthe business strategies through the field commercial team. Through change management and effective communication, you will manages direct resources and agents where appropriate to achieve revenue goals.

Equally critical is your ability to leverage technical and business expertise to recognize product, service, and/or solution opportunities and drive integration and penetration of End Users, System Integrators, PartnerONE Contractor partners with Network Infrastructuresolutions within the assigned region. This includesunderstanding the global, theater, regional strategies and, based on knowledge of the assigned market, developinga territory-based plan that drives the defined goals and initiatives. We will rely on yourintimate knowledge of the landscape of the partner ecosystem, competitors, mid market opportunities,and key accounts to penetrate by intelligence gathering through local relationships, a strong business acumen, and relationships with the corporate marketing team. Collaboration with regional and theater resources to ensure aligned direction will be imperative.You will align human capital needs to the goals of the area and needs of the market will help drive successful execution. Your focus will includegap analysis, defined development plans, active coaching, consistent communication, and driving the cadence of accountability. Responsible for the sales metrics of the assigned area, you will diagnoseissues that impact the established goals and effectively communicate what make adjustments need to be made to ensure we reach the established targets. You will deploy marketing programs and initiatives, as well as territory specific initiatives ( i.e. pipeline calls etc.,) to drive market share growth and displace competitive products through the territory sales team. Driving theprocess, you willimprove profitability by developing sales talent within the defined territory to; leverage our partner community, accelerate our marketing initiatives, drive increased breathe and depth of relationships and product mix within accounts. Managing the territory based resources and financial indicators, you will seamlessly adapt the sales strategyto changing markets or competitive needsto drive flawless execution of our corporate strategy. Bachelor’s degree required

3-5 years proven track record of managing a direct team

Knowledge of the Network Infrastructure market, the competitors and Panduit's technology

Travel up to 50% of the time via proximity of major airport
