Job Descriptions:Cleans and maintains working areas in an orderly condition. Sweeps, mops, scrubs and polishes floors. Removes trash or other refuse. Dusts equipment, furniture or fixtures. Polishes metal fixtures or trimmings. Provides supplies for rest rooms and other facilities and performs simple tasks such as moving and storing furniture and equipment. Maintains site grounds and building including construction work. Performs other, related duties as assigned.Required Experience:
Must possess an Active Secret level clearance.
Associate degree or 2-year technical school (4 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education).
Cleans and maintains working areas in an orderly condition.
Must be able use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office and maintenance power equipment.
Required to regularly sit, walk, and/or stand throughout various times during the day.
Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pound worth or equipment and tools.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic construction is a plus.
