Bilingual Call Center Agent-Bryan/College Station (2504 Kent St)

Scheduling:

Evening and weekend hours available (2 weekday shifts and one weekend shift min)

Pick what days of the week you can work

Pick what shift you can work on that day (5-8 hour shifts/day)

Job Scope: Conducting telephone surveys on behalf of private industries as well as government agencies from our Bryan/College Station location at 2504 Kent St (at Villa Maria and Texas), collecting opinions around the country on a wide variety of issues. This is an onsite position at our Bryan/College Station Office.

Bilingual (certified by ReconMR) agents receive a flat $10.50 per hour. You will be tested in-house for reading and speaking Spanish and must have good to excellent English skills as well.

Skills Needed:

Bilingual Spanish/English speakers

Good communication skills

Basic computer and keyboarding skills

Comfortable talking on the phone

Previous phone experience a plus
