Full time/Part-time Licensed Massage therapist

Busy Chiropractic office looking for an energetic and skilled massage therapist for a predictable amazing work schedule.

This is a great opportunity for a massage therapist looking to help improve patient’s health and have no late evenings or weekend hours. There is no selling and we bring the patients to you!

Work hours:

Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 8:30-5:15 pm with a two hour break from 12-2 from patients;

One Saturday per month from 8 am-12;

Our office is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Compensation:

Depending on your experience and skill level.

Hourly wage per massage: $18-23/hour plus your gratuities. Deep tissue $30/hourly per massage.

You keep your gratuities in full.

We are happy to announce we offer a sign-on bonus of $500 for full time and $250 for part time (details given at interview).

Job description:

Skilled LMT in therapeutic one hour sessions for problem focused, Swedish, prenatal and deep tissue. We focus on goal oriented therapy that is recommended by the treating Chiropractor in office. You will be working on specific problems and conditions with guidance from notes provided regarding your patient cases. You will be given SOAP notes and directions for areas that are being treated.

We are a family based practice and we see cases ranging from prenatal/postnatal, athletes of all ages and more.

Skill requirements:

Current Texas license, liability insurance, prenatal trained/certified

You must be empathetic and energetic.

Excellent communication skills—you must be a great listener and be able to communicate with patients.

Excellent customer service skills

Work well with a team

Take direction well

SOAP note documentation

You must be reliable

You must have stamina to do up to 6 massages per day (with a break in the day).
