Position DescriptionWhat does a great Information ATM Security Engineer, Senior do for Fiserv ?We ensure the effectiveness of information security controls and practices to protect the Card Services business, products, systems and client data in accordance to Fiserv standards, applicable laws and industry regulation. You’ll be a part of something critical for Fiserv and your contributions will influence the business’ success ensuring security risks are known and mitigated.You’re the kind of person who can:Design, recommend, implement and manage ATM logical and physical security controls.Assist architects in the design of the ATM ecosystem – network connectivity, ATM operating system, data management, and user access.Ensure ATM security controls (data encryption, access management, connectivity, hardening) are built and operate per specification.Participate in security escalations within guidelines of Fiserv’s Incident Response framework.Specific Job functions will include, but not be limited to:Influence and support all aspects of the ATM Managed Services security postureConfigure and manage ATM gold imagesEnsure security patching is effectively performedUse ATM specific security products to harden gold images and create a least privilege application environmentAssist in the evaluation of third-party vendor software and systems, and vulnerability assessmentsDevelop and maintain operational procedures and standards to ensure regulatory compliance with security related aspects of various standardsPerform risk assessments and risk management functionsProvide first-tier security incident response – joining bridge calls, triage, and replication of issues within the lab environmentCompile and report on security metrics KPIs and KRIs, scanning, testing and remediationProvide data analysis to support and develop internal tools and systemsParticipate in security audits and federal examinationsBasic Qualifications for Consideration :Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GEDCurrent certifications in one or more of the following with relevant work experience: CISSP, GIAC, CRISC, PenTest+, or OSCP.Minimum of 8 years Windows administration/technical support experienceMinimum of 5 years relevant ATM technology experienceMinimum of 3 years combined work experience in the following security domains: network, firewall administration, identity and access management, penetration testing, data encryption, or application whitelisting.Advanced ATM security implementation and operational experienceIn depth understanding of security control structures and elements for a layered security environmentComprehensive understanding of security concepts and knowledge domains requiredStrong written and oral communications skills requiredWillingness to approach process and ATM configuration challenges in novel ways that have not been done before.Travel: Up to 20%Who We Are: With more than 1,200 associates in nine primary locations, Fiserv Card Services authorizes and settles point-of-sale (POS) and ATM transactions, monitors and drives ATMs, provides nationwide switching of debit, credit, prepaid and ATM transactions, and owns the Accel® Network.
