We are a property management company seeking an energetic manager and maintenance team. Hourly rate plus living included.

We value strong customer service, attention to detail and integrity. Prior experience in RV or mobile home park management is preferred.

The Property Manager duties include but are not limited to:

Office receptionist and customer service which includes answer phones and working with resident’s face to face.

Manage rent roll, distribute rent statements, rent collection and deposits.

Prepare and serve legal notices; enforcement of the community's rules and regulations.

Maintain required logs and forms and comply with all laws and regulations relating to the management and operation of the property.

Maintain inventory of supplies, materials and office equipment.

Screen all resident/tenant applications and track home sales and rentals.

Organize park-sponsored functions.

Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage.

Knowledgeable in proficient in Microsoft Office Programs

Reports to a Regional Supervisor regularly and prepares administrative reports.

The Property Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:

Grounds maintenance, including beautification of the grounds and landscaping.

Maintenance needs for the park-owned rental homes.

Perform or supervise the maintenance work required to turnover rental homes.

Collect bids for any outside vendor jobs.

Direct the maintenance work of any outside vendors.

Conduct lot inspections and deliver notices.

Maintain required safety logs.

Must be able to manage projects.

Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage.

Reports to the Regional Supervisor regularly.

Must have a valid DL and pass a background check.
