Small reputable General Contracting firm is looking for a skilled and experienced site foreman for residential and commercial construction.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Be on site by 7AM
Must know framing and fine finish carpentry
Read Blueprints and execute layouts.
Management and interpersonal skills
Lift 80lbs+
Spanish Speaking
All work in NW D.C.
Must have references
