The Quality Inn at Arlington Highlands is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Maintenance team. Candidate must enjoy working independently and finish work orders in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate would be able to perform the following:
- Painting / Drywall: Must be able to perform knock down texture, repair drywall cracks/holes, and paint.
- Electrical: Must be able to change out light switches, outlets, and replace electrical fixtures.
- PTAC: Must be able to clean PTAC units, change filters, and diagnose small technical problems.
- Plumbing: Must be able to clear clogged sink/toilet drains, replace toilets, change shower valves, tub drains, and minor plumbing work included fixing leaking pipes.
