Respond to inquiries via telephone regarding health insurance benefits, eligibility and claims

Analyze problems and provide correct information and solutions

Deal tactfully and empathetically with customers

SKILLS :

Knowledge of managed care processes and health insurance coverage preferred

Ability to search database for information and use multiple screens

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

1 year minimum call center experience
