ResponsibilitiesManage the leasing process from initial contact to move-in, including proactively inspecting and maintaining available spaces, offering property tours, and efficiently compiling and completing all lease paperwork, to ensure a truly remarkable move-in experience.Strive to achieve economic and square footage occupancy goals by completing all new space inquiry follow-ups and closing the sale with new move-insServe as a moving and storage advisor, listening to clients needs and offering guidance on the best moving supplies and storage space sizes for their unique situation.Take ownership of property appearance and ensure it represents distinct standard of quality by completing daily property walkthroughs and performing any necessary upkeep, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting of retail office, storage spaces, storage areas and bathrooms.Proactively stock merchandise in retail office and assist in any inventory ordering procedures to ensure all products are readily available for our clients.Skills and QualificationsHS/GED 1 year of Customer Service and Sales experienceExceptional communication skillsSuperior level of professionalismClient-focused and an understanding of how to build relationshipsDetail-orientedProficient in phone communication and sales closing skillsAbility to use time and resources efficientlyExperience in sales and customer serviceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and OutlookMust have the ability to work a varied schedule, including weekendsCandidate must pass background check.
