Experienced Floral Designer Needed (Bryan, TX)

We are currently looking for a talented, creative, and experienced floral designer for a full and/or part-time position. Please only inquire if you have recent floral design experience either in school or in a flower shop.

Qualifications would include, but not limited to:

Basic floral knowledge, self-motivated, daily shop operations, intermediate design skills, basic computer knowledge, great customer service, ability to follow directions, and be a team player.

This position would be for an experienced designer only. We have already filled a position for a designer’s assistant (basic floral design/training). We need a designer who can come in and design on day 1 without too much instruction/training.

Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:

Daily design work (every day, sympathy, wedding, etc.)

Assisting customers over the phone and in-person

Flower processing

General shop up-keep

Creating front displays for each season

Occasional hot-shot deliveries
