Red Horse Mountain Ranch is a gorgeous and remote dude ranch in Northern Idaho offering peace, outdoor adventure, and warm western hospitality to all our wonderful guests. It is one of the last rare spots, kept secluded and safe, and we want to share that with others.

We believe our ranch exists to "Reconnect People to the Important Things of a Life Well-Lived." To achieve that mission, we need an excellent team that values professionalism, has a positive outlook, takes ownership of their work, and can help us create a safe environment where people can grow and create unforgettable memories. We are a great place to work and the team members here are the pride and joy of the ranch (as well as our horses, of course)!

We are currently looking to add more amazing team members for the upcoming 2019 guest season. Current open positions include: Morning and Lunch Chef, Dinner Chef, Kitchen Assistants, Prep Cook and Baker, Hospitality Crew, Wranglers, Ranch Hands, Massage Therapist, Bartender, and Nanny.

We offer a healthy working environment, free employee housing and meals five days a week (plus leftovers), competitive wages, a season end completion bonus, and access to all the same amazing activities our guests enjoy! It will be a summer you will never forget, not to mention you'll be surrounded by beautiful country and good people.

We are currently accepting applicants who are awesome, authorized to work in the USA, 21 years of age or older, drug free, not grumpy, and can lift 50 pounds.
