Geronimo Restaurant Food Runner (Santa Fe)

Geronimo Restaurant is seeking an ambitious new staff member to join our team. We are a high volume and fast paced environment that excels at elegant service. The position is 4 to 5 shifts per week.

Additional Runner Position Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

- Prepare Runner Station

- Polishing and Stocking Silverware and Glassware

- Delivering Food to Tables

- Heating and Stocking Bread and Butter

- Lifting 50 pounds into Dumpster

- Break Down Station at the end of service

- Communicate and assist with Servers and Expediter
