Art Dealer (Santa Fe)

Santa Fe Art Gallery is seeking full-time Art Dealer. Our sales process is similar to that of high-end hospitality and restaurant service, with proven success. We have a happy work environment, offer benefits, and daily training. Sales take place both inside and outside the Gallery in a beautiful office; Art Dealer dress is Santa Fe business casual. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients in person, on the phone, and online; accepting payments; entering data accurately; and excellent phone skills. Candidates should not be shy about dialing the phone. Typical Art Dealer pay levels for full-time first-year art dealers are $45-$55,000/year including a base salary and incentives with substantial raises that historically occur in years 2, 3, and 4. Requirements for the Art Dealer position include the following habits teachable, good listening skills, happy demeanor, the ability to anticipate the needs of our collectors, vigilant follow-up, and a continued positive outlook. Full-time is 9AM - 6 PM; 5 days a week.
