Web Production - Santa Fe Dry Goods (The Plaza in Santa Fe)

Santa Fe Dry Goods is looking for an analytical, design oriented individual to join our growing Web team. We have been in business on the Plaza for 30 years and have expanded to include our sister stores Workshop and Wild Life. The business is multi-faceted, dynamic and ever-changing. The Web Production position is a part of the web team, accurately entering, describing and posting details about the luxury fashion and home goods products sold in our stores.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent attention to detail, who excels at organization and has a strong appreciation for fashion. The ideal candidate is familiar with Wordpress, Lightroom, InDesign and other software packages. Fluency in editing photographs is very important. The position involves proofreading product information, identifying the optimum visual presentation of products, being able to load quickly to meet deadlines, staying in tune with sales and customer needs, providing photoshoot support and having ideas on how small website modifications will effect the customer experience. We are looking for someone passionate about quality checking visual content, able to work with photographers to chose images according to the company's aesthetic and willing to handle studio operations including purchasing and scheduling. Ability to be self-directed and work in a close team environment essential. Strong communication skills a must.

Schedule is Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

- Experience working with Wordpress, Adobe products and photo editing

- Problem-solving abilities and aptitude for identifying errors

- Proficiency in typing and data entry

- Ability to work in a diverse environment with many different types of people

- Ability to perform under pressure

- Knowledge of clothing industry

- A passion for the fashion world is preferred

- Problem-solving abilities

- High school diploma; BA or higher preferred
