We are looking for an energetic, motivated and customer service driven person to fulfill our Front Desk Receptionist position in our Georgetown location. We will be running interviews this Friday all day in our Georgetown location, please send email to email displayed to schedule interview appointment. People won't be interviewed without previous appointment.

Front Desk Receptionists are responsible of the front desk and are usually the first ones to have direct contact with customer or clients. Projecting a good first impression by greeting customers and helping throughout the process and answer to questions they could have, also Front Desk Receptionist are responsible of redirecting customers or clients to the right department and scheduling visits. Front desk receptionists are capable of multitask, make phone calls, write emails and troubleshoot printers and computers. Front Desk Receptionist must be in the lookout of past due accounts by working along with the Payment Center Representatives of the location they work at to help them collect money of past due accounts or posting payments of incoming calls or walk-in customers.

Duties

· Greet customers as they walk in

· Check In visitors and direct or escort them to their destination or right department

· Schedule Appointments

· Posting payments on account using iDMS and Repay

· Finish daily Balance Sheet

· Ask customers for Full Coverage Insurance and update the information on account

· Active and deactivate CPI on customers’ accounts

· Assisting sales managers to complete closed deals folders

· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

· Work along with Payment Center Representative and Manager of such department

Qualifications

· MUST BE SPANISH BILINGUAL

· High School Diploma

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

· Good understanding of office administration

· Superb written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Compensation: $14-$15/HR

FLSA Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt
