Seeking an Assistant Property Manager for an apartment complex in the Edinburg of 250 units

Responsibilities:
Post ads for and market the vacant units.
Show units to prospects and follow up with them to retain business.
Process all applications and perform move-in paperwork.
Update all information in software system as needed.
Input and close out work orders.
Maintain the appearance of Property.
Collect rent payments.
Lease Renewals.
In charge of Maintenance crew.
Requirements:
Must have a valid ID.
Must be a self-starter.
Must have basic or better computer skills.
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Must have great customer service skills.
Must pass credit and background check
2weeks of training will be done in Mercedes Tx (travel required for those 2 weeks)
Business hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
