Advise students, parents, high school counselors and other entities on the financial aid process through in-office meetings, front counter, special events, orientation, and presentations.

Exceptional Customer Service & Communication skills.

Answer general financial aid emails.

Make adjustments to student financial aid awards in an effort to maintain compliance with federal and state programs.

Process professional judgment applications.

Knowledge of Banner Financial Aid Management Systems.

Qualifications in addition to the required qualifications.

Call center experience preferred but not required.

Financial Aid experience preferred but not required.
