Your primary responsibilities are to review and sign off on contracts in Salesforce CPQ, provision new and additional subscriptions, and assist with any special handling certain deals may require. The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and prioritizes continual improvement.Responsibilities: Review customer contracts and order documentation for completeness and accuracy

Work with Deal Desk, Sales Representatives and Finance to escalate any exception orders; Track exceptions and notes in shared file with Finance

Track open opportunities in Salesforce dashboards to monitor forecast / closed orders

Provision new and amended contracts in our back-end system as per finalized terms

Follow controls and procedures to ensure data quality and accurate financial reporting

Assist with certain SOC and financial audit report requests

Additional ad-hoc reporting and projects as neededQualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

Minimum 2 years of experience with the above responsibilities

Experience with and understanding of Salesforce.com (CPQ experience a )

Computer proficiency, including MS Office with strong Excel skills
