Branch Administrator – United LawnscapeUnited Lawnscape, located in Washington, MI - is seeking a Branch Administrator for their growing landscape and property management company.Position Summary:The Branch Administrator position reports directly to the local Branch Manager with a dotted line to the Area Controller. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing administrative functions required within their assigned branch(es), including AR Invoicing, AP Processing, Payroll & Mobile Time Entry support and submission, sales support and reporting, HR Onboarding Compliance and general office administrative tasks as assigned. This position requires the ability to interact professionally and efficiently with both external customers and internal personnel.Principal Responsibilities:

Reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices needed to prepare payments.

Submits documentation to set up new vendors, as needed.

Submits all invoices to Accounts Payable with proper GL coding to ensure payment.

Reviews organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy.

Exports timesheets from Aspire and submits for processing.

Processes MTE payroll for non-field personnel.

Performs payroll adjustments and researches payroll issues.

Provides operational reports to management as needed.

Provides administrative support to human resources functions including onboarding (employment processing and drug testing), compensation, garnishments, workers compensation claims and maintaining employee records.

Manages office inventory.

Answers office phone calls and assist or redirect the calls, as needed.

Other tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience Qualification:

High School degree with 2-3 years of related experience. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree desirable.

Formal experience and training in office procedures and use of office equipment.

Excellent data entry skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Experience with Aspire business software a plus.

Must be able to work full schedule at the branch office location.
