Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards. Checks fluid levels; battery; cooling system and engine oil; checks tires for wear and pressure; replaces wiper blades; fuses; sealed beam lights; and light bulbs. Inspects equipment and performs preventive maintenance services; changes oil and filters; lubricates and greases vehicles; Inspects equipment and performs preventive maintenance services; changes oil and filters; lubricates and greases vehicles Assists General Mechanics with repairs and performs preventative maintenance on power, pneumatic, and hand tools. This includes table saws, chop saws, band saws, box stitchers, and palet wrapping machines . As well as package sorting machines and conveyorlines.Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent PLUS a minimum of Three (3) years direct related experience or a combination of education and experience. Must possess a strong desire to provide excellent customer service Must currently hold or be able to obtain successfully obtain a security clearance at the public trust level (NACI).solutions and interact with coworkers and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
