Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, PsyD) (Torrington)

Challenging Minds LLC is a quickly growing private practice in Torrington CT that recently expanded to a larger new office space in the New Year. The practice plans to continue to provide best practice standards to adolescents, families, young adults and the gerontology population in the Litchfield County area.

The new office setting has been intentionally designed to promote health and wellness and a positive culture. A safe and comfortable work environment are of the upmost importance. The goal of the company is to promote diversity in practice backgrounds to support the best outcomes for our clients.

The owner and lead clinician of Challenging Minds LLC is seeking out like minded practitioners who are patient-centered and who believe in a holistic approach to treatment. Challenging Minds is currently interviewing to hire for the following positions:

- 2 FT therapists

- 2 part-time therapists (must be available for evenings and/or weekends)

- 1 FT holistic APRN or MD provider with functional medical background (consultation relationship will be considered)

All positions must be available for some evenings and/or weekends. All providers must be licensed in the State of Connecticut.

The positions mentioned would be paid as contracted fee for service at a very competitive rate to start. Incentives will be offered to providers who are able to maintain consistent higher case-loads.
