Integrity.As a Senior Quality Improvement Facilitator at Telligen, you will coordinateand implement quality improvement initiatives working directly with physicianpractices. This includes researching data, developing project plans,implementing and monitoring quality improvement activities, individual caseor record review, serving as a resource and providing education to teammembers, providers and practitioners.This position is contingent upon award.The Gig:You will facilitate health care activities, project participation or reviewand implementation with physicians, providers and team members, ensuringplans, tasks and timelines meet Telligen and contracting agency requirements.You will identify, spread and provide education on improvement methods andprocesses to providers and practitioners and assist in implementation.You will develop and maintain activity and/or project plans. You will alsoensure plans, tasks, and timelines meet contractual and Telligenrequirements and guidelines. You will provide regular updates to Telligenleadership on activity and/or project status.You will research and gather technical and clinical data to support activitiesand/or project initiatives. You will perform analysis of the results of thedata collection. Based on the outcome of the analysis, you will determineareas for improvement.You will provide recommendations to clinical partners to improve caredelivery.You will assist in the development of project materials and interventiontools.What you need to make the cut:Current and valid MPH (Masters of Public Health) or Bachelor's Degree,and/or equivalent experience; Masters Degree preferredFive years of experience preferred working in direct collaboration withproviders, community organizing, population health or public health,and/or health care quality improvementExperience with quality improvement initiatives and project managementpreferredExperience in Practice FacilitationFunctional PC knowledgeAbility to travel locally and overnight up to 10%Why Telligen for over 45years Telligen has been dedicated to the delivery of innovative healthmanagement solutions which improve the quality and cost-effectiveness ofhealthcare for consumers and providers.
